Excellent write up! Am amazed at your proficiency and at the same time feel ashamed with myself as I could not write in such manner.I feel really tiny.Anyways,we Indians in general have the tendency to voice out for trivial matters and at most matters which are insignificant.Don’t believe me? Just take a peek at TGV cinemas FB page whenever a tamil movie is being released. You’ll be surprised with the verbal abuses and the amount of angers vented at TGV cinemas and all for what? For the movie showtimes is not updated on time. It’s as if the world will end if they could not watch the movie at the earliest.Yet,they fail to see that all around Indians are being marginalized and denied their rights! In the industry I am working in, I could tell you now that there is a pattern emerging that all the top management posts are held by Chinese with the mid-level management comprising of Malays while the Indians are relegated to just being a subordinate. At most, all the Customer Services post are reserved for Malays and Chinese while Indians only hold a clerical posts. It is really hard for Indians to have a career and that too even if they have all the necessary qualifications and talent! It is also really unfortunate that despite having blogs highlighting issues with Indian communities such as this or Sk Durai’s yet it never get get the attention of the people that deserve it for a simple fact that most don’t frequent these sites and hence, they do not aware or simply do not care.So I really hope that all Indians will wake up and change before it’s too late. One can really just hope!

I just discovered you and went on a spree reading a whole bunch of your articles and I just want to say- you just have such a way of finding those points that many people may feel from time to time in their lives but find it almost impossibly difficult to express and you lay them out so clearly. And so eloquently! Thanks for your articles and keep up the good work 🙂
